漫画说移植 第五期 刷牙这件事！（转自上海市第一人民医院公众号）
在移植期间，刷牙这个日常小事却是不得不提的大事。如果不做好口腔清洁、不注意刷牙的方式，可能会出现口腔黏膜炎、出血等。需要做到以下几点：
1. 牙刷的选择：使用软毛牙刷，推荐使用小刷头的，或者是儿童的软毛牙刷。尺寸小点的牙刷可以避免损伤口腔黏膜。
2. 刷牙的频次：每天晨起、睡前刷牙，至少两次；出现口腔黏膜炎时，饭后也可以刷牙。注意，如果血小板低于30*109/L，建议使用海绵牙刷。
3. 刷牙的方法，推荐使用巴氏刷牙法（软毛牙刷适用）
4.禁止使用牙线和牙签清理牙齿
5.推荐含氟的牙膏
